Section 1: Miscellaneous
Section 1.1: Service Area
The facility will normally serve Las Vegas but has the capabilities to serve North Las Vegas and Henderson as well.
Section 1.2: Signs
The Plot Plan in Tab 8 shows the location of the following signs which will be posted at the facility:
1. Informational signs that indicate (a) the name of the facility (see Section 1.1 of the Operating Plan) and (b)
the name and emergency phone number of the facility operator (see Section 1.1 of the Operating Plan).
2. Directional signs.
Section 1.3: Waste Management Areas
The Plot Plan in Tab 8 shows the location of unprocessed and processed material storage areas. The storage
piles in these areas will not have heights over 50 feet.
The Plot Plan also shows that the storage piles will not have a base area exceeding 40,000 square feet.
The facility will occupy APN 191-19-301-005 and -006. The Plot Plan shows the boundaries of the facility.
The area of the entire facility will be approximately 170,000 square feet.
Tab 3 contains documentation of dust control approval from the Clark County Department of Air Quality (DAQ).

Tab 3 contains maps showing that the facility location is not in a 100-year flood zone.
Section 4: Employees
The facility will have the following employee facilities:
1. A portable bathroom will be located on site for employee use.
The facility will not have an ISDS or a well.
