charges that

The defendant, in violation of Section 565.020, RSMo, committed the class A felony of murder in
the first degree punishable upon conviction under Section 565.020, RSMo, in that on or about January
14, 2015 at 7:25 PM, in the City of St. Louis, State of Missouri, the defendant after deliberation,
knowingly caused the death of L.J.R. by shooting him.

2015 at 7:25 PM, in the City of St. Louis, State of Missouri, the defendant committed the felony of
Murder in the First Degree charged in Count 1, all allegations of which are incorporated herein by
reference, and the defendant committed the foregoing felony of Murder in the First Degree by, with and
through, the knowing use, assistance and aid of a deadly weapon.

knowingly exhibited, in the presence of one or more persons a revolver, a weapon readily capable of
lethal use, in an angry or threatening manner.

that on or about January 15, 2015 at 7:25 PM, in the City of St. Louis, State of Missouri, the defendant
knowingly carried concealed upon or about his person a firearm, a revolver which weapon was readily
capable of lethal use.
The facts that form the basis for this information and belief are contained in the attached
statement(s) of facts, made a part hereof and submitted as a basis upon which this court may find the
existence of probable cause.
Wherefore, the Circuit Attorney prays that an arrest warrant be issued as provided by law.

I, Thomas Walsh, knowing that false statements on this form are punishable by law, state that the
facts contained herein are true.
1. I have probable cause to believe that Ramon Demery, a Black Male DOB: XX/XX/85 Age: 29,
committed one or more criminal offenses.

2. The facts supporting this belief are as follows:
The defendant entered the home of T.W. through an unlocked door. The defendant was known to
T.W. and had been to the home before. The defendant displayed a six shot silver revolver with a
pearl handle and confronted T.W. and L.J.R. Several juveniles were also present in the home. The
defendant pointed the gun at T.W.s head, at which time she ran from the home. The defendant
demanded that L.J.R. walk towards the front door. The defendant then ordered L.J.R. to the ground.
Witnesses later heard the defendant tell L.J.R. to run. The defendant then shot L.J.R. in the upper
right side of his body. L.J.R. died from that gunshot wound. I investigated several locations the
defendant was known to frequent. Ultimately the defendant was located at one of those locations.
When the defendant was apprehended, he was in possession of a concealed six shot silver pearlhandled revolver.
