DEADMAN SWITCH
Standard Switch
3-Positions Switch
Reducing dust-pollution by injecting freshwater under pressure into the blast stream.
The above machine is without doubt the best method of Surface Preparation
available at the present time.
This method is quick, clean and fully self-contained, allowing
Projects undertaken to be completed in minimum time
without dust-pollution associated with abrasive blasting.
This method is effective on both concrete and steel surfaces
leaving cleaned profile surfaces for subsequence coatings to adhere to.

SPEEDLOCK ALLOY ANGULAR STEEL GRIT AND LOW CARBON MIXED SHOTS
ALLOY ANGULAR STEEL GRIT is mainly used in compressed air pressure blasting operation and have the following advantages over High
Carbon Steel Grit due to its fully angular shape, more homogeneous hardness, higher density and better wear resistance (Nice Microstructure).
The Hardness and Wear Resistance properties are due to its High Chromium and Carbon contents plus the unique manufacturing process and the
raw-material used.
LOW CARBON STEEL SHOT is specially formulated for use in Auto-Blast Wheel Machine operation to improve blasting performance and has
better wear-resistance than High Carbon Steel Shot. Due to lesser break-down of the Low Carbon Steel Shot, there will be less wear and tear on
expensive Auto-Blast Machine components due to abrasion by fine steel dusts. The Hardness and Wear Resistance properties are due to its high
Manganese content plus the unique manufacturing process and the raw-material used.

GH Steel Grit
63-66 HRC
7.4g/CC
GP Angular when new, this grit rapidly round off in use and is suited for de-scaling applications.
GL Although harder than GP Steel Grit, it also loses its sharp edges during blasting operations and is particularly suited for de-scaling
and surface preparation applications
GH Has the maximum hardness and remains in angular shape even after each blasting operation. It is suitable for surface treatment
process that required uniform etched finishes. GH Steel Grit should be only use in auto-shot blast machine where working
requirements take precedence over cost consideration (e.g. with roll mill cylinders or where a special surface finish is needed).
For use in mainly with compressed pressure blast machines.
