Description:
The BSC Production Support T&M project is for enhancement of the existing process and
also to assist in solving all issues related to interfaces and facets users raised during the
production runs.
The BSC Production Support T&M project is for maintaianance of the existing interfaces and
also to assist in solving all issues raised during the production run of all batches and interface.
It also involves rendering service to the facets online users who faces issues while using
facets by analyzing, Which involves issue from different modules like claims, providers,
membership, billing, customer service and letters etc.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a team member involved in co-ordination with offshore team to ensure all the
incidents are solved in estimated time.
Interacting with clients to get the clarifications or queries to get the clear picture on
the issue so that we can analyze and providing the solution for the same.
It also involves providing workaround for the issues which is caused by production
runs.
Involved in Helping and guiding other team members in incidents and batch related
and letter related issues.
Responsible for collecting the Weekly release activities and creating Change request
for the same.

The primary purpose of the HIPAA X12 4010 and 3020 Conversion project is to convert all
of Health Nets EDI transaction sets and system processes of X12 Version 4010 and 3020 in
Informatica format from DECEDI.
HIPAA 4010 and 3020 standards include improvements in structural, front matter, technical,
and data content such as clearer situational rules, and in misunderstood areas such as corrections
and reversals, refund processing and recoupment.

Configured and ran the Debugger from within the Mapping Designer to troubleshoot
predefined mapping.
Performed unit testing and documented the unit test plan and its results.
