Tenggiri or Sting Ray cutlets cooked in spicy light gravy consist of black pepper,
white pepper, belachan, tamarind juice etc.
Ikan Gerang Asam
Choices of Jenak, Sting Ray or Tenggiri fish fried in tamarind juice,
dark soya sauce accompanied with red chilli.
Ikan Masak / Udang Lemak Nenas
An all time favorite Peranakan’s dish. Fish braised in yellowish chili,
coconut gravy and sweetened with slices of pineapple. Superb!

Deep fried marinated sting ray / snapper cutlets with chili paste,
