Conducting safety inspections, organizing safety meets and field audits to ensure compliance with safety
management guidelines
Erection & Commissioning:

Reviewing method statement, HSE / Lifting plan, schematic & engineering drawings, layouts, technical specifications
& cost estimates for erection & commissioning; analysing contractor's order proposals & submittals
