OBJECTIVES

To provide knowledge of methods for the manufacturing of prototypes from computer based
models
To understand the entire process of direct manufacturing from the creation of computer based
models to their physical realization
To understand the various methods of manufacturing and their merits, demerits and applications
To impart students to convert CAD models in to real life engineering components

PROGRAM OUTCOMES
(g) The graduates will become equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for entry-level
placement in both Mechanical Engineering as well as IT companies.
