    1st MS dedicated to Short calls (to monitor Accessibility and to have statistics& CS
    KPIs of drive-test).
    2nd MS dedcated for long mode call (to get the coverage, MOS, TA and quality plots, in
    addition to the main problems (Events).

    LTE Tests process

    Prerequisites:
    1.) UE must be capable of UTRAN (in UECapabilityInformation
    message)
    2.) UE must request EpsAttachType=2 (combined EPS/IMSI attach)
    during Attach Request.
    3.) TEMS is needed in order to measure the LTE Cell Reselection time.

    MO call, active mode in LTE, fallback to WCDMA and LTE


    reselection in IDLE MDE
    MT call, idle mode in LTE, fallback to WCDMA
