    MOTION TO RESCHEDULE HEARING
    COMES NOW Petitioners-Applicants, through undersigned counsel,
    unto this Honorable Court respectfully states THAT:
    1. The hearing of this case was set on October 27, 2016;
    2. Regrettably, due to unavailability of next witness and due to old
    age, we were not able to prepare his Judicial Affidavit;
    3. In view of this, there is a need to reschedule the October 27, 2016
    hearing;
    4. Henceforth, the undersigned counsel respectfully prays that the
    hearing set by the Honorable Court on the same date be moved
    on December 8, 2016 or at such time as may be convenient to the
    schedule of the Honorable Court.
    5. This motion to reset is not intended to delay this case but based
    on above reasons.

    PRAYER
    WHERFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully moves that
    the October 27, 2016 hearing be rescheduled on December 8, 2016 or at
    such time as may be convenient to the schedule of the Honorable Court.
