Do you ever think about what its like to be an action hero? Well, Cody Laudan gets to be one almost every day! As a
stuntman, he performs action scenes in Hollywood films. Its Codys job to take risks so that other people dont have to.
He does martial arts and gymnastics and he can even drive fast cars.
Cody trains every day so he has the skills to stay safe. He is always very careful that he knows how to do the stunt
properly before he performs it. This way, Cody doesnt have to worry about making serious mistakes and getting badly
injured. All professional stunt performers train for their job. In fact, there are even special stuntman schools. Cody wants
to be able to do every stunt there is. When he sees a new one on TV or in a film, he spends hours trying to do it himself.
Cody loves to travel around the world to lots of different film locations but his favourite thing about being a stuntman is
doing lots of new and exciting tricks. Famous actors often ask to work with Cody as they love watching him doing stunts.
So, the next time you watch an action film, look out for Cody as he jumps from a train or crashes a race car.
