    Seen the bail Petn. Vive no. 3136/13 filed by one Bijoy
    Kutum for the accused Bogaram Kutum along with an
    affidavit.
    Heard the Ld. Counsels. Perused the case records and
    found that this accused Bogaram Kutum is alleged of
    committing offences punishable under section 379/51 (1-A)
    of WL (P) Act R/W sec 25/(1-A) /27 of the Arms Act which are
    all serious in nature and also triable by the court of sessions.
    Therefore considering the serious nature of the alleged
    offences I am of the opinion the accused cannot be released
    on bail at this stage.
    Hence, bail petn. Stands rejected.
