    GENERAL AND SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL EMN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, LIZA CONCEPCION A. COMIA, of legal age, single, resident of


    #38 Catalina Margarita Sts., Tierra Minerva Subd., Bacolod City do
    hereby name, constitute, and appoint Percival M. Comia, my father, to
    be my true and lawful attorney for me and in my name, place and
    stead, to do an perform the following acts and things to wit:

    To ask, demand, sue for, recover, collect any and all sums of
    money, debts, dues, accounts, legacies, bequests, interests, dividends,
    and other things of value for whatever nature or kind may now be or
    may hereafter become due, owing, payable or belonging to me, to
    have, sue, and take any and all lawful ways and means for the
    recovery thereof by suit, attachment, compromise, or otherwise;

    To sign any pleading, motion, or submission, execute any


    document, perform any activity for and in my behalf before any Court
    of law, Register of Deeds, Department of Foreign Affairs, academic
    institution, or any other office or institution, and to any government
    offices or agencies pertaining to my son PERCIVAL DOMINIC A. COMIA,
    or any of his records;

    To act as guardian over my said son in my absence;

    To make, sign, execute, and deliver contracts, documents,


    agreements, and other writings of whatever nature or kind, with any
    and all third persons, concerns or entities, upon terms and conditions
    acceptable to my said attorney;

    To withdraw sums of money from current, time or savings


    accounts from any financial or banking institution.

    To delegate in whole or in part any or all of the powers herein


    granted or conferred, by means of an instrument in writing, in favor of
    any third person or person whom my said attorney may select;

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full power


    and authority whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done
    in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I
    might or could lawfully do if personally present, with power of
    substitution and revocation, and hereby, ratifying and confirming all
    that my said attorney or his substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be
    done under and by virtue of these presents.
