The recruitment process for hires at entry level consists of three stage:
1) An aptitude test
2) A technical interview
3) An HR interview
Each stage is an elimination round.
2. I am a foreign national without a valid work permit. Would I be able to appear for the
interview?
If yes, what happens if I clear the interview?
As per Indian law, it is mandatory to possess a valid work permit (except for citizens of Bhutan and Nepal)
to work here. If you are a foreign national, you are required to produce the work permit prior to attending
the interview with Accenture. If you do not possess these during the interview, and in the event of you
clearing our assessment process, your candidature will be processed only upon successful submission of
mandatory work permit or documents.
3. I received short notice about Accentures interview and would like to attend. However, I do not
have the mandatory documents handy. Can I attend the assessment process without these
documents?
You are required to furnish the following mandatory documents to attend the interview :
1) Educational documents: Final year or semester mark sheets or a consolidated all-year mark sheet
accompanied with the provisional certificate or course completion or convocation certificate (if available.)
2) ID proof and proof of date of birth: Driving license or Aadhar card or PAN card.
3) PAN card or acknowledgment in case it is available. This is mandatory.
Please contact the event point of contact for further assistance. Your candidature will be processed only
upon successful submission of these documents.
4. I was deprived of an opportunity when Accenture visited our college, as I didnt meet the
eligibility criteria. Would I be eligible to attend the off-campus/pool placement event?
You can apply for the off-campus or pooled drive if you meet the criteria below:
1) An aggregate of 60 percent and above in graduation for non-Maharashtra states and an aggregate of
55percent for Maharashtra.
2) No current backlogs at the time of assessment or joining.
3) Any gap in education not being more than one year.
The probationary period is 12 months. Please refer to the terms of employment in your offer letter for
more details.
9. What are the documents that I need to submit before or during when I join Accenture?
Please submit the mandatory documents mentioned in Annexure II of your offer letter. These documents
will have to be submitted on the date of your joining Accenture.
Please note that submission of your PAN card copy is mandatory. If you do not have a PAN card, please
apply for it immediately.
10. Do I have to sign any training agreement at the time of joining Accenture?
For OCP/VSP:
As per the terms and conditions mentioned in your offer letter, you will have to sign a 14-month training
and surety agreement.

For AGP:
As per the terms and conditions mentioned in your offer letter, you will have to sign a 24-month training
and surety agreement.

Upon joining Accenture, you will undergo a three month training on the specific skill set assigned to you.
You will be expected to clear periodic tests conducted during the program. You are required to clear an
assessments to qualify for the Accenture training program.
If you are unable to complete the program successfully, your services with Accenture will be terminated.
12. If I am interested in working for a specific skill set post my training, will I have the option to
select it?
Post the completion of your training for hires at entry level, your projects and skill-sets will be allocated by
the Resource Management Team, based on business needs.
13. If I have an offer from another company, will I be allowed to take part in your campus
recruitment drive?
You will be allowed to take part in the Accenture campus recruitment drive, provided you meet the
eligibility criteria for hires at entry level. This is further subject to business requirements.
All overseas opportunities in Accenture are subject to business needs or project requirements.
If you are referring your friend for an open role at career level 11 or above, please advise her or him to

Validate the authenticity of your offer letter at https://india.jobs.accenture.com by using the unique
reference number and candidate id provided in the e-mail of your offer letter.
17. I was shortlisted during the OCP or VSP or AGP event and received an e-mail which contained
the offer acceptance link. I am unable to accept the offer and an error message is generated while
performing this activity. What should I do?
Please forward the e-mail along with the screenshot of the error message to
[email protected]. We will share an update with you as soon as this error has been
addressed.
Please write to [email protected] mentioning the discrepancy along with your with your
correct name.
19. Can I change the details of my personal information such as email id, contact number, etc.
which was provided during the recruitment process?
20. I have received the e-mail acknowledging my acceptance of the offer. However, I have not
completed my graduation OR am awaiting the results and do not have my final year mark
sheets or transcripts. Should I accept the offer?
The process of taking you on board is subject to the successful completion of your graduation and the
submission of your transcripts or mark sheets. Please accept the offer and you can furnish the relevant
documents on the date of your joining.
You will have enough time to submit your degree or convocation certificate.
You will receive more information on this during the onboarding process.
The process of joining Accenture is subject to successful completion of your graduation and the
submission of transcripts or mark sheets at the time of joining. This is mandatory.
If you are not in possession of the documents then you may choose to join later.
However, please note that your joining Accenture in the future is subject to business needs. There is no
requirement currently and we will come back if there is any requirement in future.
All legal and mandatory documents such as the offer letter and terms of employment will be sent only to
your registered e-mail address in the form of soft copies.
We request you to carry copies of these documents on your date of joining.
23. I have been contacted by an agency for a job at Accenture in exchange for money. Is this offer
authentic?
Certain agencies or individuals may offer jobs on behalf of Accenture. However, Accenture has not
authorized any agency, company or individual to either collect money or arrive at any arrangement in
exchange for a job at Accenture. Our criteria for hiring candidates is based on meritocracy only. Any
agency, company or individual making an offer for employment with Accenture in exchange for money or
any other gain is an imposter and the offer is not authorized by Accenture.

24. What are the mandatory documents I should bring at the time of joining?
25. I have confirmed my interest to join Accenture. However, I would like to know if I would be
eligible for relocation benefits. Also, would I receive any accommodation offered by the
organization given that I would be relocating to a different city or geographical unit?
As per companys norms, you are entitled to relocation benefits. Accenture will reimburse the relocation
expenses up to INR 2,500 on submission of actual receipts, which includes travel and movement of
goods.
The procedure to claim these expenses will be communicated to you on the date of joining.
Accenture will bear the cost of 14 days of accommodation.
26. I am being accompanied by my father or guardian for the onboarding process. Will I be eligible
to claim their expenditure cost too?
In order to claim relocation costs and/or the cost of accommodation, if any, please provide us the relevant
documents to process your reimbursement. Reimbursement does not cover expenses incurred by a
guardian or parent accompanying you. Costs over and above Accenture permissible limits will not be
reimbursed.
27. I have not received my employee ID, log-in credentials/Allsec access. Who do I contact for
assistance?
Your joining kit contains the details of the support team you can contact for queries regarding HR, payroll,
workplace, finance, etc.

28. I have misplaced my offer letter or deleted the soft copy of the offer letter sent to me. Can I get
a copy of the offer letter? Also, I need a hard copy of the offer letter for visa or bank
purposes. How do I get one?
Please contact your People Advisor for any assistance that you may require. Contact details are available
in your joining kit.
29. I have not updated my timesheet and expenses completely. Hence, I have not received my
complete salary. What is the procedure to get this rectified?
It is mandatory for employees to update the time sheet (myTE) to enable the payroll team to process
salaries on time. In the event of you not updating or partially updating your time sheet, you can adjust it in
the upcoming cycle.
30. I have not received my relocation reimbursement yet. Who do I contact to get an update on
this?
Please raise a request on https://myrequests.accenture.com for assistance. Your issue will be resolved
soon.
31. I am a woman employee who recently joined the organization and would like to report to an
issue of harassment. Who do I contact?

32. Can I change the details of my personal information Such as e-mail id, contact number, etc.
which were provided during the recruitment process?
You can write in to [email protected] and share the updated information. You will receive
a notification once the changes have been made.
In Accenture, the training location and work location are usually the same. However, this may change,
based on business demands.
You will get your complete salary during your training period.
