Healthy good food for the soul

Since we were young children with our taste buds jut

blossoming, and trying new things there has always been
this idea that, veggies or healthy foods are not good. An-
other common phrase is, Green, leaves..that is what my
food eats, not me. However, it is crucial we also make
sure to eat the essential portions of green leafy substance
that, is necessary for our bodies to grow, healthy, and
strong. With that being said the younger you are the
more crucial it is to make sure you consume these foods
along with other essential foods like, fruits, grains, and
proteins. So, next time you are out eating, and having a
hard internal debate whether you should buy chips or a
side salad with your lunch go for the green, leafy salad.
