Description: Real Estate and personal investment sales - Property acquisition, sales, analysis
& management of several properties. All property repairs were performed or coordinated
with appropriate vendor/suppliers, contracts were generated and maintained. Difficult duties
performed in tenant relations such as reletting or in certain instances crisis management when
necessary.

ULVAC TECHNOLOGIES INC. - Austin, Texas, 04/97 - 05/98


Field Service Engineering & Customer Support
Primary responsibility to provide project coordination between ULVAC (Japan), ULVAC
Technologies Inc.(US), ULVAC (Korea) and various customers in the US requiring capital
equipment purchase and installations. Responsible to satisfy technical preinstall
requirements, and to achieve delivery, installation, and customer sign-off of Phoenix
Etch/Ashing systems & multiple ZX1000 computerized sputter systems w/multiple
deposition chambers at customer site with l00% startup/trials completion. Establishing
engineering/maintenance criteria for proper operation, setup, documentation, repair and
maintenance schedules. Providing training for customer employees. These systems are used
for Thin Film Deposition in microchip fabrication. Responsible for interfacing with
American, Japanese and Korean install teams numbering from 3-15 members and
coordinating all on-site activities pertinent to semiconductor capital equipment installations. I
provided our teams with needed support in the way of procurement of US services and parts.
Contributing project information at high level management meetings in a political
environment, and leading routine lower level meetings to coordinate project milestones,
demonstrate progress and to work through issues for our customer. Responded to OEM
purchases and requirements by customers such as Samsung, Motorola, VLSI, Ramtron, and
Sony within our Geographical coverage area, I would respond to sales inquiries for purchase
of modifications and upgrades and provide technical customer support. Administration duties
ranging from, filing reports using interoffice cc:Mail communication, Microsoft Word,
PowerPoint and Excel, inventory management for all work sites and sustaining local
Customer Support Office as interim Regional manager since the former manager had
departed from the industry. Scheduling of personnel, arranging transportation and lodging in
