3.0 Battery Pack Replacement


A. Unscrew bottom end cap from flashlight body. Remove and replace O-ring seal, if required.
B. Disconnect battery/flashlight connector.
C. Remove and replace battery pack.
D. Mate flashlight and battery connections. Note that connector locking feature allows the connection to be made
E. Replace bottom end cap.
F. Place flashlight back into the bracket to turn-off the flashlight. Reinstall tamper shield, if installed.

2. Repair Procedures (See IPL Figures 1, 1A, 1B and 1C)
A. Battery Pack Replacement
Handlight Assembly (Battery Pack Removal)
(1) Remove the bottom cap assembly and the O-ring. Discard the O-ring.
(2) Remove the battery pack from the tube assembly.
NOTE: The top cap (head assembly) is bonded to the tube and cannot be removed.
