    My name is Bintang Ekananda, a graduate of Environmental Engineering Program, Faculty of


    Engineering from one of Indonesia's leading universities, Diponegoro University, with a very satisfying
    predicate. Since in college, I have focused not only on academics but also on many non-acadamic issues.
    In 2011, I joined the Advocacy Committee, Senate student of Faculty of Engineering as an expert staff.
    My task was to facilitate meetings between students and the campus bureaucracy to discuss various
    issues such as campus facilities, funding on campus activities and scholarships.

    In addition, in 2013 I was elected as a chairman of a community called FOCUS (Forum


    Keluarga UNDIP-Slawi). This community consists of UNDIP students originated from Slawi City,
    Tegal regency and aims to promote higher education to high school students who live in remote areas
    in Tegal regency. Through this community, I can contribute to increase public awareness of the
    importance of continuing education to university. In addition, we conduct social activities such as giving
    donations in the form of books and groceries to several orphanages in the district of Tegal. Through
    these activities, I have been accustomed to in touch with people, especially poor people. This is certainly
    an important asset for me who passionate in helping the poor society to get a better life.

    Currently, I work as a health, safety and environment engineer at a corporate chemical


    manufacturing company in Jakarta. Working as an engineer requires me to be able to think analytically
    and become a problem solver. I have been accustomed to meeting various people with different
    positions and characters in the company. One of my responsibilities as an HSE Engineer is to arrange
    materials and provide training to employees in subsidiaries regarding Behavior-based safety to support
    the creation of safety culture and the achievement of zero accident in the workplace. This task makes
    me familiar to convey an idea clearly and effectively so as to influence people to achieve the goals that
    the company wants. Furthermore, currently I have also initiated a social business that I named
    @mercibook.u (available on Instagram). This business is engaged in book sales where 100 percent of
    profits donated to small reading communities in various regions in Indonesia. I am sure that these
    activities will have a positive impact on my community and my future career.

    Now, I plan to make a major breakthrough in my career by enrolling BTPN CAP program. My
    background which is very fond of community service encourages me to follow this program. Through
    this program I will get the opportunity to participate in empowering mass market through BTPN
    programs such as Daya Program. In addition, the program also offers career acceleration up to the top
    executive level where I will get direct guidance from the top management even the Board of Directors.
    Of course, this is a very rare opportunity to be found in other management development programs. In
    addition, Bank BTPN is one of the leaders in digital banking in Indonesia and continues to expand its
    customer base in the community. It certainly supports my aspirations who always want challenges and
    significant career development. With my wide range of experience and capacity, I am confident to be

    an asset of the company and contribute to BTPN's business development while providing positive
    change for millions of Indonesians.
