Welcome to the market town of Pilsbury, where your business can grow, away from the noisy big
cities. Situated in the fast-growing and well-placed northwest, midway between 2 major ports,
Pilsbury offers the best of all worlds. Motorway access is only 4 miles away, with Stanton airport just
8 miles away from Pilsburys charming and attractive centre. The new rail link from London to the
North (ready in 2013) will make scheduled stops at Pilsbury Junction train station.
Pilsbury has 5 industrial estates and business parks, all with easy access to the town and the
motorway and rail networks. Two business parks have recently been completely re-designed and
offer a wide variety of business units ranging from 2,000 square metres to over 15,000 square
metres. Whether you need offices, manufacturing workshops, or warehousing and storage, you will
find it all in Pilsbury. In addition we have a skilled and flexible workforce. In a population of 60,000
our workers have a long history of learning new skills to meet employers needs. In addition our local
Business Link Centre (started 5 years ago) has won several awards for Business Technology
Awareness, and offers free advice and assistance to support companies as they grow. Link
membership is free to everyone, from sole traders to international companies.
There is a wide choice of homes here, from in-town apartments to family homes. All these are
modestly priced, compared to the major cities, and our high school has an excellent reputation. In
our town centre, which during the day is traffic-free, you will find all kinds of traditional shops and
small businesses. Entertainment is plentiful and there are many inns and restaurants in the town.
For those special occasions, The Fat Lamb is the best in town but it is not cheap! Run by the
famous Hepton Rowland, it offers 5 star cooking and early booking is essential.
So why not pay us a visit. We are sure you will be impressed. Pilsbury holds a warm welcome and
exceptional opportunities. Do it now!

QUESTION 4
Situation
You work as the Personal Assistant of Ms Samira Mogra at Midshire Computers plc. Ms Mogra has just
returned from Gatwick Airport after a business trip to Poland. She says:
Thats the first time we have flown with Easyfly Airlines and Im impressed. So was Peter. Everything
was so well organised. We left Warsaw Airport after a 5 minute delay and only 10 minutes after take-off
the flight crew were serving drinks and being very helpful. There was a superb choice of food (as youd
expect, of course, in Business Class) with a hot vegetarian dish and excellent service throughout. Then
the films were top class. What more can you ask for? Mind you, they were a bit slow taking away the
rubbish, and the pilot didnt keep us very well informed. He only spoke to the passengers at take-off and
landing at Gatwick. Usually they tell you where you are during the flight. Still, we landed right on time,
so thats a bonus.
Oh, I forgot to mention the newspapers a nice touch they were on the seat when we boarded the
plane. And the plane was absolutely clean and spotless!
I forgot to fill in my Customer Flight Report Form. Please complete it for me from the information Ive just
given you. Thanks!
