Hi Gelo and Ghelo,
I asked Ghelo a few months ago which songs he suggested for the ceremony and these were Ghelo’s
suggestions:
 Entrance: Let there be praise

 Kyrie: Lord have mercy
 Gloria: Papuri sa diyos (misa inmaculada)
 Alelluia: alelluia (antonio)
 Offertory: Now is the time
 Holy: Santo (Lucio san pedro)
 Acclamation: We remember
 Amen: AMEN by phil. Madrigal
 Pater Noster: our father by Andrea Bocelli w/ Choir
 Agnus dei: Lamb of God by phil. Madrigal singers
 Communion: Song of Ruth
I confirmed with Agnes of Empire Weddings, and she mentioned because there is a wedding at 4PM, we
usually don’t sing the other parts of the mass because it will extend the time of our ceremony. These are her
suggestions on which parts to sing:
1. Entourage Song
2. Bridal March
3. Alleluia
4. Offertory
5. Amen
6. The Lord’s Prayer
7. Communion
Based on your suggested songs, her feedback is:
 Entrance: Let there be praise - No need (replaced by the Entourage March and Bridal March)
 Kyrie: Lord have mercy - No need
 Gloria: Papuri sa diyos (misa inmaculada) - No need
 Alelluia: alelluia (antonio) - Yes
 Offertory: Now is the time - Yes
 Holy: Santo (Lucio san pedro) - No need. But if you really want, may be included.
 Acclamation: We remember - No need. But if you really want, may be included.

 Preferred version in terms of voicing. Can we start as acapella then shift to full orchestra at
the chorus?
*For the songs to be sang during the mass, may I please request for English songs and those that feature the
choir (and orchestra, if possible)  Because the theme of the wedding is Royal Wedding, the angelic voices of
your choir members will surely set the mood (and amaze our guests!). We prefer English (or if you can do Latin
or Italian OMG go haha), for the benefit of our American guests. I’m sorry I am not familiar with your
suggested songs, but if these are your best songs, ok with me of course. If Director Gelo would like to change
any of the songs Ghelo suggested here, ok with me as well. Kindly take note of Agnes’ suggestion to not sing
very long songs to keep with the timing of our mass.
