Professional Experiences:
(b) Acted as a ‘Judicial Magistrate’, Sylhet from 17 June 2015 to 10 April 2016 dealt
with cases related to theft, mischief, cheating, criminal breach of trust, assault,
confinement and other offences and delivered more than 200 Judgments.
(c) Currently acting as a ‘Judicial Magistrate (First Class Magistrate)’, Chittagong from
17 April 2016 to till date to perform aforesaid duties and handed down more than
150 Judgments.
As a ‘Teacher’
(a) Joined BGC Trust University Bangladesh in January 2011 as a ‘Lecturer’ under
the Department of Law and taught English for Law.
(b) Joined the Premier University Chittagong (PUC), Bangladesh in July 2011 as a
Lecturer under the Department of Law taught Constitutional Law, Political
Thought, The Code of Criminal Procedure, Equity and Trust and The Law of
Evidence.
As a ‘Lawyer’
(a) Was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate of the Bangladesh Bar Council on 15
December 2010 and became Member of Chittagong Bar Association to deal with
Civil, Criminal and Family matters as a Lawyer.
(b) Would act as Mediator and Negotiator to resolve the civil, criminal and family
matters outside the Court.

Training & Attachments
(a) Completed the ‘29th Basic Training Course on Judicial Administration for the
newly appointed Assistant Judges and Judicial Magistrates’ along with training on
computer literacy organized by the Judicial Administration Training Institute
(JATI) in collaboration with DANIDA Project held from 27 April to 26 June,
2014.
(b) Completed intensive training arranged by the Chandpur Judgeship held from
October 24, 2013 to January 23, 2014s.

Memberships of the serial nos. d & e are stayed due to joining the Bangladesh Judiciary.
Laws of my country do not permit to be the active members of the Judiciary and Bar
Council or Bar Association simultaneously.
