PUBLIC INTERNATIONAL LAW

Course Syllabus

Objective: To hone law students who do not only master the


terminologies and doctrines in International Law but are also adept in
analyzing state issues in light of their legal knowledge of domestic
and international jurisprudence and laws.

Grading System:
25%-- Prelim Exam
25%-- Midterm Exam
25%-- Recitation
25%-- Final Exam

House Rules:
1. Once you are caught cheating, you will automatically fail the
class.
2. No eating, chatting with seatmates during class time or looking
at the notes while reciting.
3. Once you are called for recitation and are absent, you will be
given a grade of 50. Only medical conditions or deaths in the
immediate family will be excused.
4. We will discuss other policies during our first meeting.
