    Homes Pengue Tuguegarao City, is the lawful owner of a certain motorcycle which is more particularly
    described as follows:

    Plate Number : BA 17138
    Year Model: 2013

    That for and in consideration of the sum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (P15,000.00), Philippine
    Currency, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged to my entire satisfaction, I hereby sell, transfer and convey by way
    of Absolute Sale unto MARY LOU D. DE OCAMPO, Filipino, of legal age and resident of Malaram,
    Allacapan, Cagayan the above described motorcycle, free from all liens and encumbrances.
