    Sir/Ma’am:

    Reference to above subject, we are pleased to submit our quotation with the total amount
    of (Php 302,297.82.00) (THREE HUNDRED TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED
    NINETY-SEVEN AND EIGHTY-TWO CENTS) with zero VAT.

    Hereby certify that upon submitting this cost proposal that had personally visited and
    inspected the site. Whereas, had been mindful of having considered all existing utilities
    and both neutral/man made structures warranted (i.e. demolition, landfill, canal cover,
    bridge, parking pavements and the likes) are already inclusive of the cost submitted. That
    I will take account of no added cost for a 3 Phase 1200 AT Service Entrance Installation &
    Load Schedule on the moment that this project has been awarded to me or my company
    per mutual negotiated final cost. Thus, with 50% (fifty percent) Down Payment for the
    50% (fifty percent) completion of work and the full completion of work will follow upon
    paying the full amount of the project itself. Listed below are the following materials to be
    use and also the scope of work for this project.

    and the latest edition of Philippine Electric Code.
     Load Schedule seal and sign of our respective Professional Electrical Engineer.
