    You do not have to pay $60. Kung mayaman ka, you can pay $60. Pwede $10 lang.

    Kasi ganito,
    we passed the NCLEX exam with CA BRN and they do not issue Permanent RN license to us
    who do not have a valid US SSN. So technically we are not licensed. Yes, we passed the
    NCLEX but we are not yet registered yet. So if you will avail of the ICHP Visa Screen fee of
    $60, they will not fill out the spaces which require for the license number, date and expiry, blah
    blah.. Tsaka ano ivavalidate ng CA BRN, eh di pa nga tayo na ISSUEhan ng license.

    Tapos ito pa, if you will read page 11, Chart 3, #8 of the CGFNS/ICHP VSC handbook, it says
    there that they only need a "documentation verifying successful completion of the NCLEx-RN
    directly from the relevant US Board of Nursing."

    So ang tanong, what is this documentation?

    ANSWER: The Copy of Test Results which only costs $10.

    Here's what you need to do.

    You need to make a letter addressed to the Licensing Division of the CA BRN requesting them
    to send a copy of test results of your NCLEX-RN to the CGFNS/ICHP VSC in Philadelphia.
    Then enclose a money order/bank draft payable to Board of Registered Nursing, and a photocopy
    of your notification of passing from their office. They will need this kasi nandun yung File
    Number mo.
    What I did was I requested for two (2) copies of Test Results to be sent to CGFNS/ICHP and
    another one to my address as confirmation of the transmittal. O di ba tipid?

    So ang kailangan mo are the ff:


    1) Letter of Request to CA BRN for Copy of Test Results to be sent to ICHP and to your address

    2) A photocopy of your notifcation of passing

    3) bank draft/money order of $20 payable to Board of Registered Nursing

    Then enclose these in an envelope addressed to CA BRN Licensing Division.

    So hayun, tipid ka...Yung iba sigurista eh nag-aambisyon eh wala pa naman naissuehan ng


    license eh nagpapavalidate eh ang mahal, $60.

    I have read nga sa allnurses.com about yang $60 or $10. It works for both pero siempre dun ka
    na sa nakakatipid ka.

    I hope that settles it.


    Hayun, ngayon I got my copy of test results which has a picture when you took your nclex and
    says that you PASSED the NCLEX. Magagamit mo pa pag nag-submit ka ng requieremnts sa
    agencies as proof na pumasa ka sa NCLEX. Tapos nacheck ko online sa CGFNS/ICHP VSC
    online account ko na received na nila as proof of Nclex completion... Di ba ang dale?

    Dear Sir/Madam:
    I would like to request two (2) Copies of Test Results and then send it to CGFNS/ICHP for
    VisaScreen; and to my address for personal files. The Copy of Test Results is a requirement
    needed by the ICHP for the VisaScreen: Visa Credentials Assessment after I passed the NCLEX-
    RN examination for the California Board of Registered Nursing.
    I understand that the absence of a valid U.S. Social Security Number (SSN) at the moment is
    needed in order to have a permanent RN license issued and validated. However, the ICHP only
    needs documentation verifying my successful completion of the NCLEX-RN examination.
    Please send the Copy of Test Results (signed and sealed) to this address:
