MANUFACTURING PROCESS
This is the MARMAN’ PINAPAITAN manufacturing process.

The “MARMAN’S PINAPAITAN” will provide the product


and services to the customers, and then the customer will give
income or profit to MARMAN’S PINAPAITAN in return. The income
or profit that the customer gave in return will used to provide the
product and services.

The “MARMAN’S PINAPAITAN” will operate seven days a


week. MARMAN’S PINAPAITAN opens at 8:00 am ahead to the
other competitors. This will lead MARMAN’S PINAPAITAN of
being known. My goal is to give the needs of the customers and
others in early manner of time.
TARGET MARKET

The large Workers, nearby neighborhood and


Student’s population will become an important part of
the MARMAN’S PINAPAITAN customer base.
MARKETING STRATEGIES

I create some advertising strategies like I will print a


thousand of fliers printed with the total cost of Php.908.00
(500 pieces on small fliers that cost Php.220.50, while the
second fliers are also 500 pieces with the cost of
Php.687.50), a month before the opening me and my staff
will distribute the fliers. I will also put tarpaulin on the
place itself where MARMAN’S PINAPAITAN is standing
a month before the opening. It will promote the ILOCANO
VERSION OF PINAPAITAN and have a free taste when the
opening of MARMAN’S PINAPAITAN. To let the people
know that there will be a new RESTAURANT. The tarpaulin
size is 64” x 100”and amounting Php.497.75.

SOCIAL MEDIA - MARMAN’S PINAPAITAN will use


social media, like Facebook to make a Facebook page to
see the Facebook users the service and the product that
sell of MARMAN’S PINAPAITAN and the background
history itself and the features of Pinapaitan from
MARMAN’S PINAPAITAN compare to others.
MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES

The MARMAN’S PINAPAITAN will maintaining


customers by entertaining their concerns and complains
about the product and for the company to solve it to
retain the customer’s loyalty. Maintain a good quality
service and provide a fresh and delicious PINAPAITAN at
affordable price, and become friendly and kind to
customers

DISTRIBUTION

The service crew of the business will serve the product at


the main branch located at Novaliches, Quezon City. The
establishment has a small kiosk with at least 12 small table with 4
chairs each table inside the kiosk for dining purposes. The
business will use the direct distribution channel which the product
or service goes directly from the manufacturer to the consumer.
As the customer’ the product will be distributed through sales
representative present at the eatery.
MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE
The business will assure to serve the customers nicely and
properly. To accommodate the orders of the customers, it would
be a first come, first serve basis. Pay as you order will be the
payment scheme. The customers will be allowed to dine or take
out. The cashier will accepts their orders while the service crew
will give to the orders to the customers

is a sole proprietorship in nature. It is owned
and managed by Marman F. Anga-Angan.
The resources and capital is at risk of the
owner. The owner also handles the business
application. The employees has direct
relationship with the manager as to asking
permission and decision.

Organizational Set-up

Compensation and Incentive Scheme


The employees are provided by their basic compensation ranging from 250
pesos to 350 pesos daily. The manager is receiving a 280 daily compensation and
assumed to increase 5 percent yearly. The cashier and service crew will receive a
250 pesos daily compensation with a total of 7500 pesos monthly. It is also assumed
that their salary will increase by 5% yearly.
