    Respectfully Showeth:-

    1. That the above said case is pending before this Hon’ble Court and is
    fixed for 22.12.2017

    2. That summons issued to procure the presence of Judgment Debtor no.


    1, has been received back with an endorsement that the address of
    Judgment Debtor no. 1 is not correct/completed.

    3. That as per the information of the Decree Holder/Applicant the following


    is the fresh/correct address of Judgment Debtor no. 1:-

    1) Government of Punjab through the Chief Engineer, Punjab Roads &


    Bridges Development Board, SCO 61-62, Phase-II, SAS Nagar
    Mohali, Punjab (India).

    4. That the above said address of the Judgment Debtor no. 1 be kindly
    taken on record and fresh summons be kindly issued on the above said
    address to procure the presence of Judgment Debtor no. 1.

    It is therefore respectfully prayed that the above said address of


    the Judgment Debtor no. 1 be kindly taken on record and fresh
    summons be kindly issued on the above said address to procure the
    presence of Judgment Debtor no. 1, in the interest of Justice.
