I request that Mr. Andrew T. Miller is put in front of a judge in an American court.
I am accusing Mr. Andrew T. Miller for:

• Violation of the sixth amendment of the USA Constitution: Mr. Andrew T. Miller is European Division Chief Office
of the American Citizens Services and Crisis Management belonging to the U.S. Department of State.
On January 28, 2009 I received a letter of January 13, 2009 from Mr. Andrew T. Miller, who wrote to me an answer

to my letter to President Georg W. Bush (from November 7, 2008). Among other things Mr. Miller wrote: "We reviewed
reviewed the actions taken by the U.S. Embassy consular officers and their correspondence with you and find they not

only provided appropriate service to you, but have done all that is legally allowable." He also writes: "the Embassy can,
and did, send an observer to your court trial to ensure that you received the same treatment as a Danish citizen in a

similar situation would receive." At the end of the letter Mr. Miller writes: "Should you need further assistance, please

contact Sandy Schmierer in the Office of American Citizens Services and Crisis Management at: (202) 647-6568."

So in his letter to me, Mr. Miller is saying that it is "appropriate service" and "all that is legally allowable" that for
example the American Embassy in Copenhagen waited 25 days to ask about the reason for my arrest; to ignore that my
rights according to the Vienna Convention of Consular Relations of 1963 (Article 36: a, b and c) was totally violated by

the Danish authorities; and to forbid me to contact the embassy in the future, unless for passport service by email.
Also Mr. Miller writes that the American Embassy ensured "that you received the same treatment as a Danish citizen"

in court, even though that the embassy witnessed that for example I was discriminated because of my foreign background

in two courts (by the judge and by the prosecutor); that the legal judge in the first court allowed that one of the lay judges
were sleeping during part of the court process; and that key evidence in my favor was hid from my defense lawyers.
Finally Mr. Miller writes that I can have "further assistance" by Sandy Schmierer from his staff; the same woman that

when I contacted her to ask for assistance, obviously was allowed to just hang up on me.

Mr. Miller had access to know everything about my case (though he never contacted me personally), and I suppose he
did, while he was answering my letter, where I explained everything to the American President and asked the president
to help me. But even though he knew everything about my case he chose to protect all the American authorities that had

failed to do their jobs and let an American citizen (me) down. By choosing to let me down on this background,

Mr. Andrew T. Miller

Mr. Andrew T. Miller is not only failing his responsibility according to the office that he
manages, he has also made himself a violator of my rights according to the sixth amendment
of the USA constitution.
• Violation of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 1963, Article 36 (a, b and
c). Because he knew my protection rights under this International agreement, he knew that
this agreement is protected under the USA Constitution and he new that the American

authorities until there had failed there duty and responsibility to protest the violations of my
rights according to the convention, when I was illegally and brutally arrested by the Danish
police, and denied contact to the embassy, a lawyer, a doctor and my family. Mr. Andrew T.
Miller knew all this and he decided to protect the American authorities instead of serving me

as an American citizen, and thereby he is accomplished in violating my rights under the same
Vienna convention.
• Conspiracy against Rights (The Federal Civil Rights Statutes, Title 18, U.S.C., Section
241). Because, he is representing an authority that is obliged to help me in getting my rights

responsibility instead of assisting me.
• Discrimination: The State Department’s Office of American Citizens Services and Crisis

work of our overseas embassies and consulates in providing emergency services to
Americans traveling or living abroad. We also assist in non-emergency matters of birth,
identity, passport, citizenship, registration, judicial assistance, and estates. ACS can

facilitate the transfer of funds overseas to assist U.S. citizens in need, repatriate the remains
of loved ones who have died overseas, assist victims of crime, and help U.S. citizens who
are detained in foreign prisons. In other words, ACS is here to assist you and your family
whenever and wherever we can.” And they also say: “The office also issues Travel

Warnings, Travel Alerts and Country Specific Information and provides guidance on
nationality and citizenship determination, document issuance, judicial and notarial services,
estates and property claims, third-country representation, and disaster assistance.” Finally

to an arrested American, provide a list of attorneys, and provide information on the host
country’s legal system, offer to contact the arrested American’s family or friends, visit on a
regular basis, protest mistreatment, monitor jail conditions, provide dietary

supplements, if needed, and keep the State Department informed.” Mr. Andrew T.
Miller chose protect the American authorities that did an incompetent and unprofessional

job, instead of assisting me in getting the service that I am entitled to – and in getting my
rights back. This is discrimination, unless the same thing happens to all persons who is in
contact with the ACS and asks for their assistance; which I doubt.
• Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law (The Federal Civil Rights Statutes, Title 18,

U.S.C., Section 242): Mr. Andrew T. Miller by his decisions and actions have made
himself accomplished in depriving me my rights Under the Color of Law, because he knows
my protection rights under the American Constitution and under the VCCR, which is

protected under the supreme law of the land (The USA Constitution) - and even that, he chose
to protect the American authorities that had already deprived me my rights instead of
assisting me in getting my rights back or to legally pursue these authorities.

To bring Mr. Andrew T. Miller in front of a USA judicial court to answer for my straight
accusations for the crimes mentioned above.

Mr. Andrew T. Miller knew about my case at least since January 2009, and he never assisted me
in any way, and in that way he is accomplished in negating me my most fundamental
constitutional protection rights. I want to prosecute Mr. Andrew T. Miller for the act of
discrimination.
