    Dear Sir,

    Good day,

    I am writing this letter in order to inform your good office of my intention to apply for leave of
    absence for the 1st semester of the academic year 2018-2019. As of the moment, I have only one
    subject left which is the Comprehensive Exam. I have already complied with all the other
    subjects in the curriculum, and with your permission, I will be re – enrolling to take the
    Comprehensive Examination again this coming second semester.
