    Due to the unforeseen fire accident that gutted the whole building where Primestar Printers is
    located, we salvaged nothing and all documents including the ATP released for the month of July
    2017.

    In view of this, we humbly request your benevolent office for the photocopy of the
    abovementioned documents for the company’s perusal in finishing the pending receipts due for
    approval by the bureau and for the clients.

    We hope for your kind consideration regarding this matter.
