    Dear Sir or Madam:

    Good day!

    I am writing to you today as I am interested in applying as an On the Job trainee. I am


    working as a part time secretary at my aunt’s business and a friend of her had referred
    me to apply here.

    I am a graduate of Bachelors of Science in Business Administration Major in Business


    Economics at Notre Dame of Dadiangas University and currently enrolled in Bachelor of
    Law at MSU College of Law Extension GSC. My current schedule in school allows me to
    work till 5:00 PM every weekdays.

    I do not have a lengthy experience working but I am learning and growing under the
    tutelage of my aunt. I do believe that I have the necessary skills to work with you and
    during my time in college I had experience working with people and handling them, but if
    there are skills or experience you would like me to possess I am willing to be trained and
    be taught.

    I am looking forward to work with you and your organization. I am attaching my resume
    and references. Please feel free to contact me any time you want.
