Business Title: Stop, Eat and Go
Executive Summary
Stop, eat and go is a carry-out food booth, specializing in morning. Stop, eat and go will
be a moderately priced booth offering youngster’s favourite meal and service. Corn dogs,
dumplings, spring roll, bread roll, pizza roll and omurice are all on the menu. We will offer
specialty selections including a lighter options and smaller portions.
The booth will be a snack and breakfast booth and operated by Rogino Reyno, Jeremy
Pascua, Larry Gadayos, Marlyn Ugaddan, Marjorie Decano and Jossa Marrine Guillermo.
The location of our kitchen will be in the caregiving kitchen and the booth will also be
there. The site is a caregiving room. Although the location is utilized as a caregiving room, the
owner of the room will allow us to use it because she is also our subject teacher in
entrepreneurship. We will also bring our own equipment.
The décor of the booth will feature a plastic or wood table with table cloths.
Sales projection assumed 100 customers per day resulting in daily sales of just over $20
to $30 per day. Total start-up cost will be $10 of which will be contributed by the owners.

Stop, eat and go is a fast food booth for the students of San Antonio National High
School Senior High School Department. We sell snacks and breakfast foods including corn
dogs, dumplings, spring roll, bread roll, pizza roll and omurice. I think our business will be
successful because we sell unique and scrumpcious meal with a friendly price that will be
created by the owners.
We choose this line of business because our school canteen can’t provide all the meal
that the students want and the service they want to experience. We, the owners have
experience in cooking and selling products because we already made and done this kind of stuff
when we were in junior high school.
Product or Service Description
We want to focus only on selling clean and healthy products. Stop, Eat and Go
primarily sells snacks for the students.
Corn Dog is a hotdog on a stick coated in a thick layer of flour batter, egg and bread crumbs
then deep fried. It originated in United States
Dumplings a piece of dough that may be filled with vegetable then fried or steamed
Spring Roll a dough that filled with vegetable or fish
Pizza Roll a dough with a pizza sauce, pineapple chunks, ham and cheese then rolled and fried
Omurice a vegetable fried rice wrapped in a scrambled egg

Group 2 sells sweet and stomach friendly snack. And some of their groupmate eats some of
the ingredient while making the product. The price matched the quantity of the product.
4. Group 3 (Lumpiang Shanghai)
Group 3 sells healthy and delicious snack that the students will buy, a wrapper folded in a
bunch of healthy veggies that the students and other school staffs will love. The price of the
product is pocket friendly.

Group 5 will surely sell a very popular snack. Also, the sellers are friendly and good at
socializing.
