Role and Responsibility:
1. Learn how to source from different portals like Naukri. Understand the importance of
keyword search and Boolean search
2. Maintaining the Database on MS Excel.
3. Screening & short listing the resumes as per the requirement.
4. Sourcing prospective candidates using job portals, friends, references, professional
networks such as Linked-in, etc
5. Understanding the requirements thoroughly, screening and short listing the candidates in
accordance to the requirement.
6. Briefing the candidates about the job profile and about organization.
7. Interacting/e-mailing to the screened/short listed candidates and checking their interest &
availability.
8. Scheduling technical/final interviews either with the technical panel and follow up on the
feedback.
9. Graduate with 0.3 - 2yrs of Experience in IT Contract Staffing.
10. Understands the importance of job description
11. Excellent Sourcing Skills from Professional Networking Sites, Blogging, Social networking
sites.
12. Very Good hands on exposure in Recruitment of Technical Skills.
SALARY:- hike
