Job Role

 Product manager for Payment Gateway (PG) Netbanking


 Responsible for conceptualization, development, implementation, support and adoption
of the Digital Payments like UPI and PG
 Benchmarking with competition to remain competitive and the digital space for
innovation
 Drive acquisition and engagement of digital payments
 KPIs include active users, usage, revenue
 Responsible for customer experience in PG and UPI, innovations in payment check-out
solutions and product enhancements with new features/services, product performance
tie up with vendors
 Responsible for all processes, promotional activities, marketing, training related to the
product
 Drive transaction volume by increasing payment success rates, enhancements and
innovations
 Work with multiple stakeholders from cross-functional teams to achieve business
objectives
 Define product requirements in detail, work with operations and finance team to
ensuring monthly billing
 Manage escalations in customer complaints
 Should be aware of Digital Payment technologies and best practices at global level and
strategize digital roadmap for bank

Job Requirement

 Post Graduate Degree with experience in


J Mobility/Banking/Technology/Telecom/Payments or other relevant industry
 Excellent written and oral communication skills
 Efficient Project Management abilities
 Customer oriented and ability to drive business objectives
 Ability to write product requirement specifications
 Good inter-personal skills to work in cross-functional teams
 Good analytical and data-backed decision making skills
 Good understanding of processes, retail banking and payment technologies
 Ability to work under strict deadlines
 5-8 years of experience with atleast 3 years of experience in product management and
in driving adoption and growth.
