    The Equipment

    Prepare By Main Contractor
    1. Crane 25 Tons including the operator and fuel
    2. Generator Set for Electricity
    3. Solid Wood 25x25
    4. Steel Pipe 2.5 Inch
    5. Blender with gas and air tank

    Prepare by Erector
    1. Impact tool and Moment Torque
    2. Hydraulic Jack 50/25 tons
    3. Tracker
    4. Wire Cable 22 mm with link belt
    5. Wrench
    6. Hammer
    7. Steel Saw
    8. Electrical Wire for Impact Tools
    9. Safety Standard Equipment for Workers

    Time Frame

    - 20 Days






















    The Method


    Bridge Erection Method/Installation Steps :

    1. Making Temporary Support using Solid Wood (Coconut
    Wood/Pines) with width as same as the Bridge


    2. Place Girder on the wood ( on the ground)


    3. Install the vertical connection plate on the girder (left and Centre)


    4. Place the Bearing on position in abutment


    5. Joint the girders


    6. Install The Horizontal Connection Plate


    7. Place the Left Side Girder on the 2nd Row in abutment and
    temporary support (Welding or Tightening)


    8. Place the left side Girder on the 1st row in abutment and temporary
    support


    9. Place All Girders


    10. Install the bracings



    11. Install the diaphragm



    12. All installed
