    We have identified below hardware defects of the exiting wifi controller and access point and the
    switch.

     Cisco Controller – Two malfunctioning ports and configurations are not saved in NVram.
     One Access point does not broadcast the SSID as intended.
     Four access ports of the switch are malfunctioned.
     Switch has no poe

    Resolution:

     Replace wifi access points and controller to meet, updated hardware.


     Replace the switch.
