PAYMENT DETAILS
Upon signing of the contract, client shall pay a non-refundable twenty five percent (25%) 1 down
payment amounting to Php ___, _______.00.
Remaining seventy five percent (75%) balance shall be paid by the client on the day of the event.
Payments may be settled personally or by bank deposit thru:

For events outside Metro Manila, Central Instrument Band shall charge an additional fee which
will represent the transportation and/or accommodation expenses. The said amount shall be
determined after taking into consideration the distance and location of the said event.
MEETINGS
Central Instrument Band will discuss, if necessary, the musical line-up/repertoire with client during
the first meeting. After the first meeting, all the instructions/discussions relating to the church and
reception songs/requests2 shall be made known to the Central Instrument Band via e-mail or fax.
Client shall submit repertoire of event at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of the event.
Client shall submit their requested songs which are not found in the repertoire of Central
Instrument Band at least three (3) weeks prior to the date of the event for any month, with the title
and artist, further, for the months of December and January the deadline is at least one (1) month
prior to the date of the event.
Client shall submit missalette and reception program of event at least one (1) week prior to the
date of the event via e-mail or fax.
CALL TIME
Central Instrument Band’s sound system provider will set up at least four (4) hours prior to the
guest arrival.
Central Instrument Band shall arrive at least one (1) hour before the guests arrive to set-up and
will be on call, ready to perform as requested, according to previously arranged program.

The initial down payment will be based on the total cost of the package selected OR the package selected & meal allowance OR
the package selected, meal allowance & out of town fee OR the package selected, meal allowance, out of town fee, &sound system
package.

Client shall be entitled to request five (5) songs for the dinner music, and another five (5) songs for the party music. The rest of the
song will be played by the genre specified by the client

Failure to meet the stated time line would mean that the Central Instrument Band is automatically given the authority to
substantially play the requested songs indicated on the song list and/or play the songs that it can only practice depending on the
amount of time available after considering the date as to when the client submitted their requested songs.

Client shall either provide one full meal or meal allowance4 amounting to two hundred pesos (Php
200.00) for each musician.
Client shall obtain all venue permits whenever necessary.
Unless the sound system provider is also supplied by the band, Client shall make sure that all the
necessary equipments, not including the instruments, are available and ready for the band during
the event.
