ISDP Smart QC KPI
Goal ISDP Smart QC
1. (Baseline FTPR 100%)  QC huawei approved 100% (no rejected HSIR)
Subcont must be submit HSIR via ISDP SMART QC after installation completed
100%. No fake Photo Allowed

2. (Baseline SDD 4.9%)  Qc Huawei found defect less than 4.9%( defect per sites)
Subcont QC must be inform QC Huawei to do inspection together , our target is
10% from total installation completed.
Sample :
September 2016 subcont A completed installation is 20 site. Then Subcont A must
inform QC Huawei to do inspection together 10% = 2 site.
(minor defect = labels, laying cable, insulating plate, etc)

3. For partners to achieve good KPI, partners must comply with two guidelines
above.
