CHAPTER 4
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The vacuum cleaner such as tangential inlet flow cyclone in, the
dust laden gas rotates by flowing from the tangential connected inlet pipe
into the cyclone body, and dusts are separated by centrifugal force, while
the tangential inlet twin flow cyclone has the inlet flow in the centre of
the cyclone and the dust laden gas flows bi-directionally as shown. A
tangential inlet twin flow cyclone being capable of the treatment of high
flow rate is designed to decrease pressure drop through the cyclone.

6.Rectifier
This is small toy DC motor with about 29.5mm long leads. It has a
small circular shaft which measures about 2.8mm long. The motor has
operating voltage range of 1.5 to 4V DC and a no-load speed of 18000
RPM (@4.5VDC,70Ma). In the spindle the fan blade is connected to
rotate the fan.

CHAPTER 9
FABRICATION
Here we used PVC pipes and accessories. Initially the small hole is
drilled in the PVC end cap so that the wire can be drawn out from that
hole. Then the small rectangular piece of sheet metal is taken and a hole
is drilled according to the size of DC motors front end. Then the motor is
inserted into the hole and it is tightened with the help of screw. Then the
blade is fixed with the shaft of the DC motor. Then the sheet metal was
bent to fix in the end cap and it is bolted. Then using the cloth cover the
end of PVC pipe for filtering purpose. Then fix all the parts like reducer
and pipes and accessories.
