    MOTION FOR REDUCTION OF BAIL

    Comes now the herein accused by himself and unto the Hon Court most respectfully alleges:

    1. That the herein accused has just been arrested this 28 October 2011 and presently detained at
    the Municipal Jail of Marilao, Bulacan

    2. That the bail for his provisional release has been set at P12, 000.00 per Order of Arrest issued on
    26 May 2011 by Judge Theresa V. Mendoza-Arcega of the Regional Trial Court of Bulacan Branch
    17 Malolos.

    3. That the herein accused is a poor man, owning no properties from which he may derive income,
    his only source of livelihood being his salary of P 200 daily as a waiter in a restobar at Quezon
    City.

    WHEREFORE premises considered herein accused most respectfully prays of the Hon Court for
    reduction of his bail from P12, 000.00 to P6, 000.00.
