    Conditional Acceptance

    Division of Child Support Services,

    I am John , of the family call Doe. I am the living beneficiary of the corporate entity, JOHN HENRY DOE.
    Your letter dated 04/04/2019 was received by me on 04/10/2019. In it you alleged a debt of $3,122 and
    a monthly obligation of $107.00 from JOHN HENRY DOE to the Division of Child Support Services/Family
    Support Registry. On the date of 04/19/2019, I made a special appearance at the building addressed 200
    W. Oglethorpe BLVD, Albany Georgia, [31701]. I disputed all alleged debt and rescinded all contracts
    granting jurisdiction linked to the Child Support Order.

    I conditionally accept your contract in the letter for the debt of $3,122 and the monthly obligation of
    $107.00 upon proof of claim that:

     There are contracts that grant jurisdiction of JOHN HENRY DOE, SAM BEN DOE, and JANE
    EVELYN DOE to the Georgia Department of Human Services or the State of Georgia (Provide full
    disclosure)
     the alleged “custodial parent” did not receive $3,122 or more into their account from JOHN
    HENRY DOE’s account,
     the Georgia Department of Human Services will be damaged if the above-referenced amount is
    not transferred to their accounts, (O.C.G.A. 1-3-7 (2010))
     the custodial and noncustodial parents are not identified by the social security number
    (Reference document 42 USC 666 (a)(17)(A)(i)),
     the social security numbers used to identify both the alleged “custodial parent” and the alleged
    “noncustodial parent” are not owned by the Social Security Agency (42 USC 666 (a)(17)(A)(i)),
    (20 C.F.R. 422.103(d))),

    You have 15 days, from the date listed on the top of this sheet, to respond, in writing with what is
    required. After the 15th day, if I haven’t received documented proof to support your claim, as I outline,
    your claim will be assumed as agreed to be void. After the 15th day, if at any point the Georgia
    Department of Human Services sends mail to me or the corporate entity, JOHN HENRY DOE, about a
    child support debt, I will charge the Georgia Department of Human Services $5,000 for each page
    received for the valuable time and money spent responding to the claims.
    If I have received documented proof to support your claim, in the format that I outlined above, I will
    respond within 60 days after receiving it.
