Nice Letters set up a suit for making a false/ fraudulent claim against you – a man

Whenever a mortgage lender, credit card company, collection attorney, or agency, etc
sends you a bill, you have a right to ask questions to make them prove it. Don’t be
surprised they can’t prove anything and will do anything to avoid what you are saying
here, because this cut to the throat of their potential fraud. I tell you, nobody will send
you such a bill, for no one working for the debt collection agency will verify anything for
you. If they bother you again with nonsense, write back with the same response - “Send
me a verified bill, and I will pay it.” Keep in control be being the one with the last word,
the one who goes silence acquiesces (gives up). Do something bold and daring! Write
back a real simple letter saying:

Basic first letter

I am trying to find out who is writing me, a man. I believe you may have mistaken
me for someone else. You seem to be referring to me as ____________ a taxpayer. I
am a man. Please verify what contracts or agreement we have.

I will be happy to pay any debt that I owe in honor, to any company/ agency,
provided that someone sends me a proper bill, and verifiable contract.

I simply require that some man or woman send me an itemized bill showing the amount
you claim that I lawfully owe to you, and cite the law under which you are acting that
applies to me, backed by detailed historical document origination and accounting,
including any contract where both parties entered into a lawful agreement which a man or
woman will verify under oath in a court of record. I require first that someone sign these
documents to verify that the amounts shown on the bill are true and correct, that i, a man
and my wife, a woman, are ordered and liable for a duty under your codes and
regulations, and is prepared to verify as to the bill’s detailed accuracy in court of record if
necessary.

Dear John (use a first name if you can)

I received the enclosed bill from you which I believe does not apply to me. We have had
liens, levys, and seizure of property under the color of law you keep referencing. I remind
you that a claim against a man, must be properly verified under oath or these claims must
be released. We recently were brought a Search Warrant and were robbed at open gun
point at that time, on June ___ 2014. Property was seized and believe we felt our lives
were threatened. It was suggested in the supporting affidavit with that warrant document,
that some sort of codes were violated yet no published enforcement regulations were
cited which apply to me. I cannot understand any regulation or codes that do not apply to
me, a man. These regulation would need to prove your jurisdictional authority to act nor a
stated a duty we were required to perform, as part of some contract.

Please forward some kind of claim, contract or bill that can be verified under oath the
man or woman making the claim. I will grant ___ days for your official response.

1. Example: In responding please cite the regulation that is implemented that


is also showing in the public register in the office of OMB, indicting our
contractual nexus and how it applies to me, a man. My understanding is that you
codes have no effect unless implemented by the Secretary into Regulations
(CFR’s) which clearly state how it applies to me. Failure to provide this easily
obtainable information within 10 days of receipt, will be considered acquiescence
that there are no enforcement Regulations which apply to us or our fact based
circumstances, and that you will cease further collection activity, return any
property taken, and release any liens of levys that may have been or are about to
being processed. Time is of the essence, because we have a pending transaction
that is being held up, and will cause us serious financial harm if this is not
corrected.

Dear John,

i believe your calculation for the amount i owe Branch Banking & Trust is in error according to
my figures and our agreement. Your numbers fail to include monies that were collected by you
which resulted in your administering my property without compensation and from other possible
compensation you received through insurance proceeds you may have collected, tax benefits, and
through the sale of original promissory note and/or other instruments which i created with my
seal. i was given no credit for use of my property that you effectively trespassed on by your
foreclosure action (Case # 602012CA001111 Filed in The Fifth Judicial Court, Sumter County,
FL Trespass and administering my property without compensation is a serious matter.

Please correct your records and submit an accurate adjustment to amount the claim you intend to
collect from me, through the court or i will need to file a new claim in the court for the monetary
amounts i calculate are due by you. If i have to move forward with a claim in a court of record,
that would require you to verify your claim under oath and before an Article 7 jury. Additionally
any other parties who participated in this trespass would need to verify their claims as well.

Please understand, i prefer to handle this privately with you first, and come to an agreement on
the final adjusted amounts. We both can then let this proceed without filing any further claims.

i require you to not administer and trespass on my property, and i require you, a man, to come
forth and speak on the record unless we can resolve this privately. Please send me a copy of the
corrected claim you will submit, and copy to the court, or contact me to discuss this before Oct
9th 2014. We have or will be filing out claim in county court at Circuit Court, Fifth Judicial
Circuit, Lan county, Oregon state and waiting for your response, in order to decide how to
proceed with that claim.

My bill is attached.

matter on this, if you do not prevail.

Authorization (this is if your are addressing an official or attorney) to operate in this state of the
