    HOLOGRAPHIC WILL OF TEODORO AQUINO,

    Petitioner,

    PETITION

    Petitioner, through the undersigned counsel, respectfully states that:

    1. Petitioner is a Filipino citizen (age 30), residing at # 15 Batangas Street,


    Ayala Alabang Village, Muntinlupa, daughter of the deceased, and appointed
    executor.

    2. On February 14, 2016, TEODORO AQUINO died in his home in Ayala


    Alabang Village, Muntinlupa.

    3. On January 31, 2016, the deceased executed a holographic will in his own
    handwriting in English, a language known to him. A copy of the will is attached as
    ANNEX A.

    4. The holographic will can be attested to as the handwriting of the testator by


    Roy De Vesa, who was his private secretary for a period of 15 years;

    5. The deceased left the following real and personal properties:

     Cash amounting to Fifty-three Million Pesos (P53,000,000.00);


     Several pieces of jewelry valued at Five Hundred Thousand Pesos
    (P500,00.00);

     A thirty (30) hectare farm in Rosario, Batangas, valued at Fifteen
    Million Peso (P15,000,000.00);
     A house and lot in Ayala Alabang valued at Sixty Million Pesos
    (P60,000,000.00);
     One Million (1,000,000.00) preferred shares in Shell Corporation;
     Ten Million Pesos (P10,000,000.00) in lotto winnings.

    6. He left as his heirs herein petitioner, his two sons Angelito (age 35) and
    Carlos (age 28), his wife Susana (age 60), all of whom are residing in #15 Batangas
    St., Ayala Alabang Village, Muntinlupa; and his niece Debora Aquino (age 25), who
    resides in #29 Jose Rizal St., Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City.

    7. The deceased left no debts.

    WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that after due notice and publication


    this Honorable Court fix the date for the probate of the holographic will and that
    letters of administration be issued in favor of the herein petitioner, and thereafter
    adjudicate the properties of the deceased in accordance with the said holographic
    will.
