    Single Trading License (SL)

    - Guidelines -
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
    1) Eligibility for SL :-
    Any trader desiring to operate in more than one market area is eligible for SL.

    2) Document Required for SL :-


    a) Form 1 A in prescribed format
    b) List of APMC in which trader desires to operate.
    c) Bank Guarantee of Rs. 5/- lakh
    d) Solvency Certificate
    e) Declaration (on stamp paper of Rs.200/-) with notarization & two witnesses
    f) For Trader Company (Constitution, Registration Certificate, List of Directors with
    address, PAN Card Xerox, Resolution regarding signing authority)
    g) For Proprietor (PAN Card Xerox, ADHAR Card, M.S.E.B. Bill, Election Card,
    Character Certificate)
    h) License Fee Challan Rs. 100/- per APMC

    3) How to apply for SL :-


    Any person who desires to apply for SL should submit all the prescribed documents to
    Director of Marketing office with prescribed fee.

    4) Where to apply :-
    Application should be submitted to Director of Marketing, Maharashtra State, Pune-1.
