    I am writing to you as the Legal Counsel of Mrs. Gina Castor, a resident of


    Brgy. Stabion, Badiangan, Iloilo, regarding an existing obligation you have
    to her amounting to Sixty Thousand Pesos (P60,000.00) as principal loan plus
    Thirty-Six Thousand Pesos (P36,000.00) as accumulated interests, which has
    long become due and demandable.

    Our client has repeatedly made demands for you to satisfy your obligation
    and to completely settle the same and yet you have failed to make any
    communication regarding the matter to her person and up to the present
    no full payment has been received from you or any of your representatives.

    DEMAND therefore, is made upon you to settle your obligation with Mrs.
    Gina Castor within SEVEN (7) days from receipt of this DEMAND.

    Please consider this letter as the LAST and FINAL DEMAND from Mrs. Gina
    Castor.

    Fail not to comply with your undertaking or we will be constrained to file


    the necessary legal action against you to protect the interest of my client.

    I trust that you will give this matter your prompt and preferential attention
    to avoid the expense and inconvenience of litigation.
