I am writing to inform you that Juries Against Illegal Laws will be self-represented at the Federal
Court of Australia this morning, to pursue these charges against the State of Tasmania for gross
violations of the Tasmanian and the Australian Constitutions, by exceeding constitutional limits
(and basic universal human rights) by the making and continued enforcement of the Family
Violence Act 2004.
Juries Against Illegal Laws will be represented by our new Public Officer, Mr James Johnson.
James was, and is a Candidate for the House of Representatives, in the Federal Seat of Lalor.
He is also, amongst many things, a Barrister and Solicitor of the Federal Courts and the High
Court of Australia of 20 years good standing.

James most recent achievements include authoring a 20.10.2010 Family Justice Petition for the
Federal Attorney-General Mr Robert McClelland to deliver on the floor of the Australian House of
Representatives.
This Family Justice Petition demands an investigation into the horrific Australian Government
statistics that come from the Australian Family Courts and the Child Support Agency, including:
● an alarming Death Toll of 4,000 “CSA clients” (non custodial parents) per annum;
● an investigation into systematic human rights abuses amongst the 100,000 families
processed by the Australian (federal) family courts every year;
● an investigation into the enormous cost of the (federal) family court system
[$4,000,000,000 (four billion dollars) of taxpayer funding (which works out as $40,000 per
every family processed per year)]; and
● an end to the rampant gender-discrimination in the executive and cabinet of the federal
government where hundreds of millions of dollars of projects have been funded over the
past decade and several successive federal Governments via the Minister for and the
Office for the Status of Women, and yet not a penny has been funded on 'mens stays'
projects – and indeed no Australian Government over the past decade has even recognised
the need to establish a Minister or an Office for the Status of Men (an Office that might go a
long way as a balance and as a check on the disturbing goings on in the (federal and state)
family courts and via the federal Child Support Agency and other branches of federal and
State Government.
