    1. KERAGLO-MEN FILM-COATED TAB


    n-acetylcysteine 50mg, niacin 15mg, green tea extract 10mg, choline bitartrate 10mg, grape seed extract 10mg ... and 6 Others
    1 tab, 1 time a day (morning) for 6 weeks after food.

    2. SCALPE SHAMPOO
    ketoconazole 2%, zinc pyrithione 1%
    once-every 3 days for 6 weeks

    3. TUGAIN TOPICAL SOLN 5% w/v


    minoxidil 5%
    2 times a day (morning, night) for 6 weeks

    General Advice

    1. Avoid stress. Practice relaxation techniques such as yoga or meditation


    2. Eat protein rich food items like sprouts,eggs, milk, almonds and other dry fruits in your diet to promote hair
    growth.
    3. Avoid excessive oiling of hair
    4. It’s important that you’re gentle when styling your hair. Avoid blow drying, straightening, or curling your hair
    until your condition improves. Frequent coloring or highlighting during this time can also damage and
    inhibit hair growth.
    5. Thinning hair may be caused by lifestyle habits, genetics, or both. Certain medical conditions may also lead
    to thinning hair. it’s normal to lose 50 to 100 hairs per day. Any more than this means you could be
    shedding more than you should.
    -Over-treating your hair. This includes color treatments, creams, relaxers, and more.
    -Using harsh hair products, such as extreme-hold hair sprays and gels. Temporary color can also be harsh
    for your hair.
