RESOLUTION NO. 08, SERIES OF 2016
A RESOLUTION IN MANISFESTATION DECLARING THE STATUS OF

ILLEGAL DRUG AFFECTATION OF BARANGAY CAWAYAN.
WHEREAS, the Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council supporting the Oplan

ToktokHangyo (OPLAN TOKHANG), Oplan TapokHangyo (OPLAN TAPHANG) of
the PNP as also same Program launched by the DILG since the start of the
campaign against illegal Drugs.
WHEREAS, the Oplan Tokhang and Oplan Taphang were launched by the PNP
instructed by the head of the DILG as the President of the Republic declared
his campaign against Illegal Drugs.
WHEREAS, the primary purpose of the Oplan Tokhang and Oplan Taphang is
to let Illegal Drugs Pushers, Users, and Drug Lords to stop and voluntarily
surrender to authorities so as them to confirm their evidentiary submission.
WHEREAS, the BADAC members of Barangay Cawayan with the PNP is

cooperating each other in the OPLAN TOKHANG and facilitating in the
processing of the papers of the Illegal Drug User Surrenderees with the total
___and ____ Illegal Drug Pusher.
WHEREAS, the BADAC members of Brgy. Cawayan signify that this Barangay
is MODERATELY Affected by Illegal Drugs specifically the SHABU.
NOW THEREFORE, the BADAC members pursuant the authority

mandate HAS RESOLVE TO APPROVE, AS IT HEREBY APPROVES, that this
BARANGAY has MODERATELY Affected of Illegal Drugs known as SHABU.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the BADAC members have made series
coordination with the PNP in validating the status of Illegal Drugs pushers and
users in our barangay which results is confirmed to us.
RESOLVED FURTHERMORE, that the BADAC members arrived the

situation which support this resolution is made.
RESOLVED EVEN FURTHERMORE, that all other new information which

will comes along with regarding the Illegal Drugs issue will still always be given
priority to resolve by this Office.
RESOLVED FINALLY, that the left surrenderees who will show his
appearance again in this office will be always entertain and be allowed to
continue his voluntary submission to the authorities to finally stop and be
given attention on the illegal drugs issue.
