    ADDENDUM TO DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    This document is in reference to the DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE, executed in City of


    Zamboanga, by CONCESA R. VALENCIA, widow, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident at
    Rainbow Subdivision, Zambowood, Zamboanga City, as Attorney-In-Fact of VINCENT R.
    VALENCIA, the vendor, as per Special Power of Attorney, executed on May 28, 2018, before
    Notary Public Atty. Manuel M. Wee Sit IV, registered and entered in his Notarial Registry as per
    Doc No. 200; Page No. 40; Book No. 34; Series of 2018, in favor to ARNOLD ARBILERA
    married to Zenaida M. Arbilera, Deed of Absolute Sale, executed before Notary Public Atty.
    Briethner G. Amelda on May 17, 2019 noted and entered in his Notarial as Doc No. 02; Page No.
    01; Book No. 16; Series of 2019. Said Deed of Sale refers to the sale of parcel of land located in
    Putik, Zamboanga City, covered by previous Tranfser Certificate of Title No. T-129-2013001799
    and now with TCT-129-2019002949 of the Register of Deeds of Zamboanga City,

    May it be known that the undersigned parties do hereby agree to make the following
    ADDITION/ADDENDUM to the aforementioned Deed as follow;

    That as appearing in the Deed of Absolute Sale and Owner’s Duplicate Copy of Transfer
    Certificate of Title No. T-129-2019002949, herein attached as integral part of documents, the
    registered owner is recorded and entered as “ZENAIDA M. ARBILERA married to ARNOLD
    ARBILERA”;

    That, however TCT-129-2019002949 was already registered and was issued in the name
    of “ZENAIDA M. ARBILERA married to ARNOLD ARBILERA”, we the vendor/vendee
    agreed and make addendum to the registered name of owner under the said the aforementioned
    Deed of Sale and TCT-129-2019002949, instead of “ZENAIDA M. ARBILERA married to
    ARNOLD ARBILERA” into “ARNOLD ARBILERA married to ZENAIDA M. ARBILERA”;

    These additions shall be valid and supersede any earlier provisions in the Deed
    inconsistent therewith.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands on this _______, day of
    ______, 2019 at City of Zamboanga, Philippines,
