    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    That I, VICENTE A. DELA CRUZ, of legal age, married, with residence at 274-A2 Teresa Street, Old
    Sta Mesa Manila, for and in consideration of the amount of pesos: One hundred twenty five thousand
    pesos only ( P ___________. ), Philippine Currency, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged from
    BRENDON HANLON, likewise of legal age, married/single, with residence at #58 Ragadio St. Bgy.
    Linusungan, San Marcelino, Zambales, hereby SELLS, TRANSFERS AND CONVEYS and by these presents
    have SOLD, TRANSFERRED AND CONVEYED unto said NISSAN CEFIRO, that following motor vehicle
    describe as follows:
