CONCLUSION
It was a good experience for me as I came to know so many things about the
court. It was my first time that I visited a court. For me a court was just a place
where one judge sits and listens to arguments done by the Advocates. I thought
that there is only one judge before I took up law as my career but as I did my
internship I came to know that there are different judges who listen to different
matters relating to different cases. The civil judge listens to matters relating to
civil cases and district judge and session judge deals with matter relating to civil
as well as criminal cases.
I used to visit court regularly with my lawyer. He was a very helpful person and
he used to clear my doubts regarding anything. He used to tell me everything
whatever I used to ask him.
Court visits also made me learn about court proceeding, difference between
single bench and divisional bench and the most important thing it made me
learn that is self-discipline which is most needed thing to become a good lawyer
and also to become a better person. This internship has changed me as a person
to see positive things and to become a positive person.
